To look ahead to September 2008:
On Sept. 7th we will be having a "Farewell-Welcome" event for Pastor Miller and Pastor and Mrs. Hahn. There will be a single Great Plains Parish worship service, in Bowdle at 10:00 with a pot luck meal to follow. Hosmer members are asked to bring cold dishes. Bowdle members are asked to bring hot dishes.

The RUTH circle, co-chairs Cindy Schock and Vonnie Stotz. will be responsible for setting up the fellowship hall and organizing the food as it comes in.

The REBECCA circle, co-chairs Susan Leidholt and Sylvia Fiedler, will be in charge of clean up.

In 2007, the Quilters sent out 142 quilts, 11 blankets, 24 layettes, and 30 school bags to Lutheran World Relief. Totalling 165 quilts.
They also sent 23 quilts to other organizations:

	5 to Woyaton in Rapid City
	5 to Rochester, MN
	6 To Dakota House
	6 to New Beginnings
	1 farewell to Pastor Robin

Quilts created in 2008 = 170.
