Maclaine Achievement of Arms

I have reconstructed the genuine*  Coat of Arms, or more properly, "Achievement of Arms", through historical information and graphics gathered from the Web.  It is accurate to my knowledge, and is my interpretation of the blazons (descriptions) that I have discovered.  I would appreciate credit for it if you copy it.

*In the United States, anyone may create and use a coat of arms.  Such a self created emblem is called Arms of Assumption.  Many coats of arms for common family names are sold in the United States and Canada, but few are authentic.

A genuine grant of Arms is to an individual, not a family.  It may be formally inherited, but usually with changes to distinguish it from the origional.  Only the proper owner can legally display the Arms as his.
