Additional Terms of Sale Contract:_____( THESE TERMS DEPEND ON IF PUPPY IS

FOR A PET HOME OR A SHOW HOME)_____________________________.

At time of sale, seller will have already had the puppy /dog health checked by a veterinarian.

Puppy/Dogwill be up to date on shots and will have been dewormed twice.

This puppy/dog is guaranteed until it is one year old against crippling due to hip dysplasia, that is dysplasia

that necessitates euthanizing the dog. If such a determination is made, and proof of euthanization due only

to crippling caused from hip dysplasia is provided to breeder, the puppy/dog will be replaced by the breeder

when another puppy is available. This puppy may not necessarily be out of the same parents. We do not

guarantee hips to OFA. We do not make refunds.

This puppy/dog is guaranteed against genetic heart failure until it is one year old. No other guarantees either

expressed or implied are given.

Buyer agrees to put puppy/dog on nutritionally balanced dog food for a dog of this breed, and to

supplement puppy/dog WITH 1000 mg of VITAMIN C daily until the puppy/dog is 18 months of age.

If this dog is being sold for breeding purposes ,buyer agrees that neither this dog or any offspring produced by this dog ,

will be sold, traded, loaned, leased, or given to a puppy mill, broker, pet shop, pet auction, indiscriminant breeder ,

or any other similar facility.

Buyer agrees never to allow this puppy/dog to be put into an animal shelter such as a “Humane Society

Shelter”, dog pound, or dog rescue facility. If seller is allowing this dog to be used for breeding, buyer

agrees to sell all show quality pups to show homes only, with strict show contracts . Buyer agrees that no

puppies will be sold for breeding purposes only. Buyer agrees that all other pups will go to pet homes only

with strict spay or neuter contracts and limited registrations.

Buyer agrees that if for any reason he/she does not, or is not able to abide by all terms of this contract,

including those under the additional terms clause, said puppy/dog will be returned to seller with registration

papers signed over to seller. No replacement or refund will be required by seller under these circumstances.

All amounts due under this contract, including damages for it's breech, shall be paid in Marshall County S.D.,

and any suit brought on this contract shall be brought in Marshall County S.D.
