I'm going to keep this very simple.  I do not charge by the hour, I charge by the page.  Why should you get charged for the stuff I do in an hours time, IF it's not exactly what you had in mind? 

$100.00 Home/Index page -- this is also the price of the retainer fee - you are only charged for this one time!
$ 65.00 Each additional page -- you want to add another page in two months, the costs will be $65 per page!
$ 15.00 per pedigree/gallery page -- photos may be included here as well!

Maintenance fee: A flat $30.00 per month!! This includes everything necessary to maintain your site! Keep it fresh, hold your audience's attention and get everything updated at one reasonable price!
